needed Social supporter in Manitoba

hi guys, im new here. i just visited one agency here in dubai. and offered/advised provincial nomination manitoba...but he told us to look for someone who can act as our social supporter to apply easier. but unfortunately we dont know anyone from canada. please help guys, what to do?

It is not easy to find one in Manitoba and if you find he or she will not support that easily. Its consultants trap. I already got LOA for Manitoba under PNP but the supporter who is my friend not ready to support and I will not be able to submit my LoA.
