Temporary residence visa application refused

On misrepresentation :
Section 40(1)(a) : For directly or indirectly misrepresentation or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act:

My Story :
I submitter all necessary papers along with my application.
but there was a printing mistake in my Employment agreement and i wrongly submit and high commission informed me that via email. i apologies for the unintentional mistake and send them correct document. after that they refused my application. I previously visited Canada and also have valid US visa.

What was the printing mistake? It must have been quite serious. You've been banned from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation in your application.

Instead of mentioning my current employer name (Fair Deal Shipping) it was mentioned my previous employer name (ExpoBangla Logistics). and rest all is ok. and certainly who prepared it was not good in English. As my mother language is Bengali. I have both correct and incorrect copies but when i submitted in high commission, mistakenly submitted wrong one.
