One last disturbing question for you before I go look at leon's post. Any idea whats the longest process on outland application?

Waiting for CIC to open their mail? Sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking.

By using the Outland forms. Outland means the Visa Office is OUTSIDE Canada, not you. You can apply Outland from anywhere in the world, including Canada.

Oh amikety your back! Tnx.
Anyways do you think I should use outland then? :

I don't know. That's entirely your decision. You need to weight the pros and cons of Inland and Outland and decide.

Sigh im scared I cant decide. So amikety once I applied outland all response from VO Manila will still goes to me here in my canada address incase they need extra document?

Yes, you can list your address in Canada as your home address. Just make sure if you do apply to Manila you use the right forms (they are different for Inland versus Outland) and if your work permit expires, you change status to visitor before the expiry.

Thank you so much amikety for all your help. Your good. I appreciate it very much.
Thank a lot.

Read CIC's guides, everything is clearly written there!.. At the very least start with Leon's thread at the top of this page...

I did read it. What about my son is there separate application for him? He is in the philippines. Whats gonna happen when he needs to take the medical exams? Is the visa office will send him a different form or everythong jas to be sent to ke in canada. Everything is confusong to me now.

You have to include your son in your application. You have no choice to apply inland as Parker mentioned. You can still be in Canada applying outland and you can continue your work until it expires. Before your permit expires, you will need to change your status to a visitor and keep your status valid until you become a PR.
