Needed advice urgently

Hello everyone,,
i have applied my parents super visa in 2012. they both got visa and came in 2012.as per law they stayed for two years.now when i applied for extention for more through agent.after 45 days my agent got email that at the time of their arrival in 2012 they just permited for 6 months...really.my agent is asking for copy of supervisa insurance of 2012.i did't have the record for that.what do i do now??really urgent as they are over their stay for two years...but they both have visa till 2020

First of all, you should be posting your question to the Visitors section of the forum. This has nothing to do with Business Immigration. Secondly, your dates make no sense. If your parents came in 2012 that would mean they have been in Canada now for seven years.
