Tell him to email you your offer letter and see last fee date by yourself.

when you recieve the offer letter there is 1 month time to pay the fees .if your consultant is saying only 3 days are left for deadline then he might didn't informed you early.
you can say your consultant to email clg and ask more 10-25 days deadlien by which you can easily pay the fees
