Need your help for my visa

Hello everybody. I am waiting for acceptance letter from my university and am preparing documents to apply for visa. Please I need your help for 3 things: 1. I saw in website that student need medical test but now that am starting application it doesn't request me. its ok to continue without medical (I don't have already) ? 2. For question: Is work an essential component of your studies? I will have a co op and I thing should select yes but what document should I upload, acceptance letter will be enough or I should select no ? 3. I gave my biometrics 2 years ago and now I selected yes to question about biometrics , I have a new passport now ( the other one expired) should I do something or its automatically link with my ID number and I don't need to do nothing? regarding medical you can do upfront medical and attach it to your application when you submit it or you can submit your application without medical examination and wait for the medical request to do it.
regarding 2nd question I think if your acceptance shows that your program is a co-op program then it is enough and you don't have to upload anything else.
and for the biometrics it is valid for 10 years even if you changed your passport and got new one, so you don't have to do it again.

Hello, II am filling family information form and there it's not possible to put signature. Should I leave like that (blank) or I should print,sign in and scan?

you should print and sign it at the end, also if you don't have a spouse or children you should sign the part regarding that
