Hi All,

I need some expert suggestion from experienced members:

This is regarding experience for applying to FSW category.

Scenario is

1. April 2002 to July 2006 : Worked as Computer Instructor (Total 4 Years 3 months)
2. Sept 2006 to July 2007 : Worked as IT consultant
3. July 2007 - Till Date: working as Team Lead

My question is can I apply under FSW category with experience at no. 1 ???

If yes, can it fade my chances to get visa ? at currently I am not in the same occupation ??

look under college instructor (even though you may not have been at a college), look to see if you did most of those duties.

if yes, then you can apply for FSW 1. It doesnt matter that you are not in that occupation now.

I had served at Industrial Training Institue. (Recognised by State Technical Board)

And there are some occupations specified as
# computer trainer
# computer training instructor
# computer training representative
# computer-based trainer

etc...

So can I apply under these categories ??

And what all documents related to my experience I will have to submit while applying. Please help.

it doesn't matter what the title were, it only matters what your duties were.

1. yes, you probably can apply but you should check the duties first.

2. no documents when you submit to sydney.

1. Yes my Duties match upto 90 -95 percent.

2. What it means ?? I will be applying from India. In this case what docs are required related to experience.

Please little idea about documents those I will have to provide in support of my experience. Only Experience Letter from Exployer will suffice or anything else will also work ?

Well, I think we need some more clarification for you here Harryy, I think you can qualify under 4131 , when you send your documents your reference letter from the last employer has to state your duties which have to be identical to the NOC code . Remember identical not same.

Secondly you need to include your appointment letter from each employer.
In your cover letter mention that you have worked as a trainer in the last 10 years from ______ to ______.
