How many countries have you lived in asides from your home country? What is your home country? All these factors come into play during security checks. Hang in there....just send them a status email and pray.

Heena,

Don't be depressed..All is well! Hope your dreams will be realized.. You are almost there.. I would suggest you to start working on getting your credentials evaluated if you are seekign a regulated profession.
Currently, I am getting my wife's physical therapy education evaluated in Canada and trust me it is such a pain..also preparing logistics of moving to canada etc..

thank you all...i greatly appreciate your replies...
but arent they taking too long...

I don't agree with you here. It depends on your background like How many countries have you lived? Some of aplicant had to redo the medicals because their security checks are not done. Medical is valid only for year, so this applicant is not 15 months after medical, this could be her total time. So, it is very normal and there are 1000 like that. I got mine in 17 months in total.

Heena,

I have almost exactly the same timeline as yourself. I just received PPR this week. Yours will be coming shortly I know it. Just be patient and try to not let it get you down. There is literally NOTHING you can do but wait and just try and keep yourself occupied in the meatime. This forum can be a great help but can also be pretty bad sometimes as it only alleviates peoples excitement, expectations and frustrations.
