I applied for temporary visa for my family and me last month, my uncle Canadian citizen and we planned to go for my cousin sister wedding scheduled on July 2019

Refusal Reason

• Iam not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

My cousin sister wedding scheduled on July 5th 2019, and i planned to visit for a month
My uncle was the sponsor , ( My mother's own Brother Citizen in Canada)


a. Business registration
b. Travel History ( I'm a Sri Lankan Nationality but currently doing a business in Qatar)
c. Invitation Letter ( I applied for my wife,mother, father, sister and her husband. all the names are mentioned in the letter of invitation and sign by sponsor) ( all my family lives in Sri Lanka except me )
d. Proof of Financial Support
Qatar Personnel Account Balance : 8,614 CAD
Sri Lanka Personnel Account Balance : 13,000 CAD
Company Account Balance : 100,000 CAD
Salary Statement by Parters of the Company : 3,745 QR Monthly
Sponsor Statement : 11,000 CAD
e. Photo attached
f. Purpose of Travel
Wedding Invitation Card Attached
Wedding Hall Letter for the confirmation.
g. Family information form attached
h. Proof of Relation
My uncle birth certificate, my grand mother birth certificate, my mother birth certificate, my birth certificate.
i. Representative form signed and attached
j. marriage certificate of my wife

Again iam planning to re apply with the same documents for me and my wife only , please give me a suggestions and ideas

still i did not get what i want exactly, you have just told me to findout the answer throught GCMS notes, but it will take time dear, thats why iam asking. i just need only a solution from the experts
 
Weddings are not a particularly strong reason to travel to Canada and you don’t have any travel history to visa required countries. The fact you applied with your entire family gives the impression you are a risk of claiming asylum. They will compare your previous application with the new one. If you don’t address the actual reasons for refusal (gcms notes), you’ll end up with another refusal. The letter they sent is generic and doesn’t actually address the VO concerns.
How long a trip did you ask for?

i applied through my uncles sponsorship , but my aunty also sponsored to her family , around 6 person together all got visas and i request 1 month trip

Where did you applied from Doha or Sri lanka ?
Online or through VFS ?
How many days taken for your result ?
+i seems you’ve added some not necessary documentation.
Why not you can visit first some more visa required countries like Schengen UK AU NZ and US ?
 
first of all thank you for the reply, i applied visa from Qatar while my parents lives in sri lanka and i applied through online. it took me exactly one month.
and actual my purpose of visit to my cousins sister wedding.

What kind or bussiness are you running in Qatar + how long ?
What is your monthly profit?
How many employees are working in your company ?
Any proof that you paid them cash/bank transfer?
Your strong ties will do help to grant a TRV rather a marriage/bday party etc.

im running a catering company almost 2 years and 8 months completed, right now iam taking salary as 10, 000 qatari riyal only , there are 21 workers working in our company and i have salary transfered proof like a reciept for all workers.

10k Qatari riyal they count low for the region. + you can order GCMS notes for exact reason of your refusal .
 
there are many web adress to be apply for the GCMS note, please suggest me a we address which you know verry well and fast service
