Full time institutions are not allowing their students to work "full time". It is illegal. For example, her college time is say 8AM -4PM and she is working outiside during the college time? skipping the classes? how she got her degree by not attending the classes? How a person can be at 2 places at the same time. Ok, agree you would say she worked after class hours, but still the problem remains, did she take the permission from the college to work fulltime? she has such letter from the college to prove? Did she has salary slips? income tax returns? otherwise she will land up in big trouble if she is not able to prove that.

BTW, some universities/institutions allow their students to work part time, with permission. Your case is strange and hard to belive and prove. However, if it is a distance/online learning institute, it is ok

Hope it helps
