Hello everyone

I am working as a retail store supervisor since 15th feb 2020 and in my 3 cheques, my working hours are less than 60(bi-weekly).But for rest of the period, I worked more than 70 hours so till what month I should continue with my experience?

I need to travel to India so what do you recommend when I should I travel after or before applying my permanent resident and is there any risk or any issue as I don’t want to take any risk?

waiting for your revert guys

You don’t have a year of Canadian experience yet. Also you need to calculate your hours. Have you worked continually since February 2020.

  • have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada, in the last 3 years before you apply—you can meet this in a few different ways:
    • full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full-time (1,560 hours)
    • equal amount in part-time work: for example 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
      • You can work as many part-time jobs as you need to meet this requirement.
    • full-time work at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

I am working continuously since feb 2020
My concern is that during that period In my 3 cheques, I worked less than 60 hours so till what time I should continue my experience

second concern, I need to travel to India so what is best time to fly? While I ll complete my experience
Before or after applying for my Pr

Well if you want to apply for CEC then you wait to get the year of Canadian experience. So after February and when you have the 1560 hours.

Ok so once I complete my one year (1560 hours)
Should I apply for Pr and travel to India or apply after coming back to Canada

Like Naturgrl said - you can meet this in a few different ways, so count till you have 1560 hours continuous experience AND it is past 1 calendar year. Feb, that is.

I'd suggest apply for the PR and then travel.
