NEED URGENT HELP!!

I am from India. I got an offer letter from a company in Toronto. Problem in getting Lmia. Employer said i can come on visitor visa and he will get it converted into work permit. Now the ques is i am already done with my medical. Will that be valid here or i have to go again for the medical?

An LMIA is still needed even if you are in Canada on a visitor visa. LMIAs often take 4-6 months to process with no guarantee of approval. You can't get a work permit without an approved LMIA.

It doesn't make sense for you to come to Canada as a visitor.
