Hi all,

I need to get the extension for the submitting additional documents(RCMP), i write an LOE and try to submit but the system does not let me to submit, they need the #s on the RCMP report. So I sent the LOE through CSE yesterday and I was kind of worry about it, it takes about 2 weeks to attach LOE to my application and My deadline is March/25. I worried if VO didn't get the LOE before Macrh/25, they will reject my application. Moreover, I got another documents( IMM5406 form) requst yesterday and I also scan LOE for getting extension for RCMP report and toghether with IMM5406 form, i am not sure in this way the VO will see the LOE. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Do it both way, i think it will be the best way forward.

Did you try to call them and ask?

Hi Andy,

I just called CIC, the person at call centre told me I did the right way to submit the LOE through CSE. Can I ask person at call centre to attach LOE to my application asap?

But she has no idea about if the VO can not get my LOE before March/25(deadline) and my application will be rejected or not.

Your best peg is to attach a loe with your Imm form. It took me around two weeks to attach my documents to my application through a CSE. I am also gonna send a CSE around my deadline and call them to inform about my situation.
