Hello everyone. I was applied my daughter's student visa. She is minor. She is just 9 years old. But we got refusal with 2 reasons.
1.from the documents which I submitted in sport of your application.I'm not satisfied that you have answered all questions truthfully as required subsection 16 (1) act specifically .I'm not satisfied that the following information is truthful.
Other reasons.
2.no satisfactory documents to assess current language or academic skills.
Now I want to know how can this possible to know on which documents the immigration officer think are not truthful. Coz we submitted many documents. But with the second reason my daughter have academic excellence prizes nd we have photographs as well.and her school principal can also give us letter about academic skills . But with the first reason I'm fully worried. Please tell me what can i do.
