I need urgent help. My friend has applied pr with AEO
He got his medical papers with permanent residence fee and passport request. But his spouse passport is missing and he wrote to embassy about missing pasport. now please sujest can the principal applicant move forward his application without his spouse as he got sufficient points if his spouse can deleted from the application. if he request the embassy to send there medical papers without spouse or spouse can join later as his employer in canada is also saying tht he should do as early as possible.
