Dad is in ICU in Canada
I'm in virginia
I am applying online...I need to be in Canada as soon as possible
I have many questions but will ask one at a time
Since I have to give biometrics, I don't need to submit photo. Shall I leave the photo section empty?
Also the flight ticket, I will buy the ticket as soon as I get the visa, shall I leave the itinerary section empty

If you are from Virginia, USA, American Citizen, I don't see why you would need a visitor visa before entering Canada. Just explain to them at the border that your father is in the ICU in Canada.

I am not an American citizen. I'm here as non-immigrant resident.
