Need urgent help

Just wondered if any of you Gurus out there know why my Inland Spousal sponsorship which has had 1st stage of approval 2 years ago at the Kitchener office has been delegated to the Scarborough office ? :

I'm a long time applicant and posted on here last year , still not a PR after 5 years !

Got a letter last week from Scarborough office saying " medical results have expired please re-do ect.." yet on my online status since last year it says " medical results recieved " which they were, this is my 4th medical , the letter also says, "Security Background passed" , after 2 years of Security checks !

At the end of the letter it says " please provide this info before 30 days otherwise we will make a decision based on your file " and for some reason the letter also says , provide this info so we can determine whether you meet all other statutory requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection act " for example, medical, background check , passport and arrangements for your care and support.

What on earth is going on ? I'm totally baffled now.

Seems like your at the finish line just submit everything they have requested pretty soon you will be called for ppr. Good luck

Have you contact your MP and asked him or her to inquire on your behalf?

Yes , Sacked MP last year for being utterly useless ! All he could do was contact Ottawa CIC .

(I don't know if you would need a lawyer or not. Personally, I would try to 'do it myself' first.)

Have your ordered your notes? If so, I would move straight to filing the write of mandamus. You can use the search feature on the forum to search that term and you should get some very insight information from a few users that are familiar with the process.
