Need Urgent Help, PGWP expiring soon

Hi Guys,

Thank you in advance for taking time to read my post, I'd really appreciate your suggestions on this.

My Timeline:
Completed 1 year Post-grad certificate program from Toronto--Aug-2012
Moved to Manitoba
got Job in Dec , 2012.
Applied for MPNP in June 2013 (awaiting result):::::: NOC A job profile (IT) , Can't apply for CEC coz of GAP of 4 days of work for completing 1 year.
PGWP valid till Dec 2013

my PGWP expiring soon and I haven't received my PNP result yet. Can't apply for BOWP (tried got refusal, my Bad. I thought PNP AOR is sufficient).

I'm applying for Jobs in Edmonton and Calgary. Just wanted to know the scope of IT and LMO options (in worst case scenario), available in Alberta.

If i get a fulltime job before Mid-Nov 2013, I can apply for AINP and BOWP(very tight deadline, can manage it).

After 1st week of Dec, my status will be expired and I will have 90 days to find employer willing to provide me LMO.

I'm starting this thread in CEC category coz most of the IT people apply under CEC. Seniors and friends please help me.

Forgot to mention, I've 4+ years of IT experience from back-home and will be complete 1 year of Candian IT exp in Dec 2013.

Guys, please let me know if there is hope for LMO for IT jobs in Alberta, any recruitment agencies or employers willing to sponsor.

I dont think people can guide U regarding LMO..
IT skills are desirable but still. India exp is different
