hi everyone in the form IMM1344E what should i select in question 1 ? it says to select one of the following option :

"if you are found ineligible to sponsor indicate whether you want to -

option a : withdraw your sponsorship application
option B : procced with the application for permanent residence

i dont know what do they mean by the second option .. is it like if he is not illigable then they will still consider my application for PR and it could be approved ? Can anyone suggest me which option to select and what do they mean by the option B .. Please help ..

you want to choose option A. if the sponsor is found ineligible, then the applicant's application will not be approved and you'll lose out on the application fee, so you'll want to withdraw the application.

Choose A. If you choose B, they will end up just taking your money, and denying the PA's PR because they don't have a sponsor.
