Need urgent help death of relative in canada

Hello all kindly suggest me . My cousin brother has died in canada , his mother and real brother have to attend his funeral . Funeral is on 28th of august . Can we submit our applicatio directly to chandigarh embassy ?

You need to apply for visitor visa online or on paper through visa application centre.

If there is someone who can invite them a letter of invitation might help along with supporting documents such as death certificate and funeral plans along with proof or relationship to deceased.

I think time is too short though, canada visa is very slow process.

My condolences first of all. Unfortunately there is a very strong chance that they willl not receive a visa on time or be approved at all.
