Hello all kindly suggest me . My cousin brother has died in canada , his mother and real brother have to attend his funeral . Funeral is on 28th of august . Can we submit our applicatio directly to chandigarh embassy ?
Please suggest us

Sorry to hear this.

No, they cannot submit their applications directly to the Chandigarh visa office. They must either apply online or through VFS Chandigarh and request for expedited processing

Thnkw for your reply but i read in this form one applicant got visa in same situation by visiting consulate general of canada in chandigarh

Maybe it was possible 10 years ago although I think the applicant in that thread possibly visited the visa office only to submit her passport for stamping and not for applying per se.

Only Canadian citizens can walk into a visa office. They don't require visas to enter Canada, of course. Everyone else must apply through VFS/VAC or online. No exceptions to this
