Guys, I have an IMP question,

For my Noc B job, I did 13 months of work during 18 months span, 5 months of unpaid leave in which I traveled.
I only wanted to claim points for 1 year so what I did during making EE profile was to split my job into two tow half, cutting those months off.
Now personalized checklist asks twice to upload supporting document but I have only one reference letter, mentioning I was an employee during all this time and was on leave during X-Y time. ( 5 months)

Now my question is: Now that I have got the ITA with 1 year of Exp. Should I edit work history and make one continuous work Exp (which will be 18 months) or just leave it as-is and upload the same documents in both the sections?
