NEED UR THOUGHTS PLZ - PASSPORT!

Hello all!

I have a doubt that I need your guys opinion on...Im not sure if your familiar with Indian Passports...on the back page it had you FATHER/MOTHER and WIFES name.

Now, I was issued a new passport in April this year (damaged), we were married last dec.....and her name is not on it....Do u think it maybe an issue with immigration or they may notice it???

It will not be a problem for other countries immigration related matters including CIC.Howecer being it is an important information on your passport, it is always better to get it added by the passport office. You should contact your passport office for this reason and they will add it when you provide your marriage certificate.

minku9....dont worry its not a problem at all....In my PP(indian) i didnt include my spouse name...i got it in 2007 and was married in 2008 so my PP had my maiden name and I have been granted PR without any prblm...its not a BIG issue....
