Need UCI for Medicals, and how to upload documents?

Hey guys- I am booking my appointment for medicals, they are asking for a IME or UCI #? What are these? I can see one CANXXX one on my profile, is this the UCI? And what is IME?

I just received an ITA, and am filling out the initial section, where do I have to upload the forms? I cannot see any section for that. Can someone please let me know.

They shouldn't ask UCI, tell them u received ITA and you want 'UPFRONT MEDICAL EXAM' and provide only ur passport #, can't use CANXXX number. Go with ur passport on day of exam, with cash.
Some clinics, I read somewhere, don't do upfront, check others from here who are panel physicians and now all are on e-medical (online result upload):

After medical done, clinic will give u medical information sheet (summary doc) which will contain ur IME # (kind of medical ref. #), u need to only upload that scanned doc at placeholder of 'PROOF OF MEDICAL EXAM' in ITA checklist. that's it.

Ontario is big though, i called everyone in toronto n scarborough, got cheapest one from:

If i am right, u r inland-cec, u shud have already one uci number - the one when u applied for study or wp. It remains same all the life. I think this CANxxx is temporary one and changes while application progresses.

And in any case, if only the passport number is required then they should just ask for that, no?

They shud only ask passport # and u shud give only passport #. Mention upfront. I did same and can confirm none in toronto asks if u mention upfront...tell them.u received ITA. Bring that there too. Call them to book appointment and tell this. I neither provided study or wp nor uci, as no one asked except pp #.

And even after that all, they still ask uci, give them ur wp or study permit one....as it doesn't matter, medical result is linked to ur passport, and that one only written on emedical medical info. Sheet provided by clinic that u will be uploading..

I will just call another clinic then. You are right, I should only give them my passport number if that is all they need.
