Need to validate form that I am filling for temporary resident visa.

I am on BOWP and planning to visit India so applying for Temporary resident visa. For some weird reason document checklist is asking me to fill in below form.
Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257) (required)

Although the actual form just says - Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa)

'Made Outside of Canada ' has got me confused if this is the correct form.

Please comment if this is the valid form..

Hi,

The application form is IMM 5257.

Only the checklist changes based on incanada or outofcanada application.
