Need to update spouse new work?

Hi folks - I've submitted my PR application through EE for me and my spouse (I am the main applicant) and received the AOR; my spouse didn't have work experience before so I disclosed "none" for his work experience in the profile. IRCC said we need to keep them updated so I wonder whether I need to update IRCC if my spouse finds a job? Even if we didn't collect points for his work experience?
