Hi guys,
Do we have to submit Ielts test report of applicant under spousal sponsorship application? Or is it optional. Thank you.

Nope. It's not on the document checklist.

Yes, its not in the document checklist, but there is a question 'have you taken a test from designated testing agency to assess your proficiency in english or french?' in generic form IMM0008 under language detail, which made me confused to think whether it is mandatory. Anyway it must be optional. One more thing, is following address correct to send the spousal sponsorship application using UPS courier (private)? THANK YOU.
