Need to Study Canand low GPA

am from India
I have 10th 71.2%
12th inter 58%
degree (b.sc) 60%
p.g. (m.c.a) 60% 2008 passout
i have 8 yrs of exp of I.T. Software field
i need to apply pg deploy for machine learning/ai,

Please share with me, if any body have info.

Why do you "need" to study in Canada? With your profile you will probably have a hard time getting a study permit.

You already have a master's and eight years of work experience, so a post-graduate diploma is a step down and doesn't seem to add anything to your job prospects. And your previous marks don't suggest that you will be able to successfully complete a course in Canada.

Very tough to study in Canand, no one has been to able to so far. Good luck
