Why do you "need" to study in Canada? With your profile you will probably have a hard time getting a study permit.
You already have a master's and eight years of work experience, so a post-graduate diploma is a step down and doesn't seem to add anything to your job prospects. And your previous marks don't suggest that you will be able to successfully complete a course in Canada.
