need to show original mark sheets?

Hello ,
As my original mark sheets are with the college which i m studying now ,
and its a hefty work to get them back .

so is there any need to show the original mark sheets when i go to Canada college .

PS : applied for visa 4 days ago.

I assume that you are going in for the Jan intake which is good 2 months away.So why dont you file your application with the college that u need ur papers for admission purpose.

Anyways u can only begin ur course once u ARE done with the college in india.hence the college will anyways return the documents to you once you pass out.So u will anyways have them.

Many institutions have made it mandatory for students to show original mark sheets on the orientation session. Its important that you have your mark sheets before you leave for Canada,


my university offer letter clearly states that i will be allowed to attend university only on presenting my original mark sheets to concerned authorities.

i am not an expert. just a student like you.
