Need to return to Canada - dont have PR card in hand

Hello,
I wanted confirmation on the following scenario:
I became a PR (completed soft landing on March 10).
I had to return to US on March 18.
I have to travel to Toronto by April 20.
I can travel by road in my private vehicle.

Question: So I need to apply for PRTD, or will presenting my COPR + Passport (Indian) be enough?
Question 2: If I plan to travel by air, will I need a PRTD? or will my COPR + Indian Passport be sufficient?

1. No PRTD required if entering by land. COPR and passport enough.
2. Yes, PRTD required if you want to travel by air.
