Then hire a licensed immigration consultant. This is a volunteer forum to answer specific questions about the process not guide people on the process from the start to the end. You need to do your own research. Get a job offer, get ECA and IELTS.

It's all up to you, to help me to get out of my Country.
Because I have a very critical situation in my country.
and My and my Family's Life is at risk.
I trying already, on my own. But it's been almost 2 years and I got No result.
That's why I am Very Upset.
I Hope You Understand my situation.

Sorry for your situation. You need a licensed immigration lawyer or consultant to help you through the process. Not sure what you have tried but assume you are eligible for Express Entry based on your age, education, language, work experience and funds. Consultants/lawyers cannot help you find jobs but help you navigate the process and fill out the application. NB PNP requires a job offer so you need to research the program and see what jobs are eligible if you do not live and work in the province.

you said you have been trying for 2 years so thought you had looked at immigration programs. It is not a cheap process even if you get a job. You need to start looking for jobs on Canadian sites and get a job offer and most likely LMIA proving that no one can do the job, only you. You will need IELTS (language), ECA (education) and job letters. That doesn’t include costs for medicals, biometrics, police reports, application fees and proof of funds for the number of people in your family.

I can understand,
but, I am all alone and have no support,
only 4 Members in my family, Me, 2 kids and their Mother. that's it.
well thanks for your time, Maybe One day I will be Successful to migrate abroad with my family. with the help of GOD.
