I have mentioned below job responsibilities given on letter head by my Employer kindly confirm it is matching with NOC 63202 Lead Statement and Main Duties are alignment strength and its chances to accept by IRCC Officer

• Stages and prepares ingredients for blends and mixes as needed for various goods according to batch sheets and formulas
o Ensures correct ingredients are used for each batch
o Strictly follows recipes to make product batches
o Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times
• Continuously monitor and adjust the process to product
o Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications
o May be required to use thermometers or other instruments to monitor process
• Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment including cleaning and inspection of equipment
o Participate in changeovers and clean-up or sanitation of equipment
o Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards
o Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of production records
o Accurately enters mix records into computer in a timely manner
o Obtains and reviews all documentation for making batches
• Measure or weigh flour or other raw ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or icings, using scales or graduated containers.
• Apply glazes, icings, or other toppings to baked goods.
