Pre-Assessed..
So what you are referring to is adaptability for the skilled worker class:

Your spouse or partner’s language level
Your spouse or common-law partner has a language level in either English or French at CLB 4 level or higher in all four language abilities (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
You therefore need CLB 4 level. You can also find the table showing you how to translate IELTS scores to CLB here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/language-testing.asp

NOC CLB Level Test results for each ability
Listening Reading Writing Speaking
0, A 9 and above 8.0-9.0 7.0-9.0 7.0-9.0 7.0-9.0
0, A 8 7.5 6.5 6.5 6.5
0, A 7 6.0 6.0 6.0 6.0
B 6 5.5 5.0 5.5 5.5
B 5 5.0 4.0 5.0 5.0
B 4 4.5 3.5 4.0 4.0

From that you see that your results would be equivalent to CLB level 6 so more than good enough for 5 points.
