Need Suggestions

I have visa whose expiry date is 6th april 2015. I have closed work permit (basically had LMO and then got WP) which will expire on 31st July 2015.
My wife came to canada as my dependent on visitor visa (single entry) and went back to India. Now coming back in Canada in Jan with new visa. She has open WP which she got when she was in canada but she didnt work here

I filed for PR on 18th Dec. I am expecting AOR somewhere in Apr/May 2015.

Here is my situation

My company may send me back to India in Feb. Now here are my questions

1. Can I apply for BOWP without AOR in Jan/feb-2015 if my existing WP will expire at July end?
2. As my wife has OWP, can I resign from existing company but can she continue working? (I believe she got OWP since I was working here. If I dont have work after Feb'15 for 3-4 months, can she still work)?
3. Since my visa will expire in April, can I resign from company in Jan but still stay in canada as visitor till april'15?
4. If I stay here without job from Feb to May, can I apply for WP after I receive AOR in May?
5. Since my wife's OWP will expire in July end, can she apply for extension?

I know condition is different but I am just checking if there is any possibility to stay in Canada if my company asks to go back to India in Jan. 8)

1 . no : condition: they have valid status on a work permit that is due to expire within four months; your WP is 31 July expire , so 1 April would be day you can apply .

for others I think it is ok .

5. can apply, but possible failed. reason is as you point out,
