Need suggestions

I applied for pernament resident under Fedral skilled arranged employment category on march 10th my application reached Nova Scotia .on march 21 my credit card was charged. (here are my questions)

1) I did not submit an LMO with my application as i did not know that i need to do....I had been working with my employer since 2 yrs on graduation open workpermit ( do i need to submit an LMO).... MY EMPLOYER HAS given me an employment letter to submit which states that I am pernament full time employee.

2) Even though I did not submit an LMO why was my card charged.....

You DO need an LMO under arranged employment.

My guess would be that it's a mistake and they will reject your application and refund the fees.
