Hi....
I just want to know after which stage of PR (like per,aor,medical,ppr) i will be eligible to apply for open work permit bcoz at present i am under closed work permit but i heard some where that person can get open work permit if he/she clears the starting stage of PR process...

This applies to inland spousal applications - not to FSW.

If you applied through FSW, then unfortunately you don't qualify for an open work permit.

but i am already working on a closed wp n i will be applying for PR under FSW n CEC both bcoz i am foreign graduate.
so i will be eligible under CEC or not ???

only PNP can apply for work permit with nomination! no for other class (FSW, CEC etc)
