Hi everyone,
My job title at work is part-time as a tech. However, I am getting full hours (32-33 per week). I am on my work permit and will complete my 1 year of wait by July 2021. Does someone have any idea if I will be eligible to apply with 1560 hours after first year of my work permit even if the job title is part-time. My concern is just this part-time title. Rest, I am totally positive that I will get the hours done and also, its under NOC B. So, not sure if this part-time thing will effect my eligibility. Please let me know if anyone have any idea about it.
Thanks and Regards

Last thing you should worry about is the title.

If the tittle says full-time or part-time ##### that is probably the most irrelevant thing. The title matters very little to nothing.

You should be concerned in finding a NOC that matches the duties they will put in the experience letter. You'll need to provide evidence of the hours worked, such as T4s, experience letter and paystubs. That is what actually matters.

You don't need to have an offer letter, it's not important at all. Unless you have claimed 50 points for arranged employment, case in which the offer should be accompanied by a LMIA. To claim points for arranged employment employment it must be full-time.
