Hi, As per the details its mentioned that the experience certificate should have the total working hours. If the company doesn't give that certificate what to do? I have a total of 14+ years of experience and have the experience certificate as well as the reliving certificates from my past employers. but it doesn't have the number of hours and in a few cases the full job details. Also, for the educational qualification how toget the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)?

your experience certificate should mention whether you have worked full time or part-time not precisely the number of hours. It is mentioned to make it clear how many hours/week is considered as full time or part-time. So, If your experience certificate shows that you are working or worked in XYZ company as a full-time employee that is more than enough for the assessment.

To answer your next question, you don't need to have full job details for all the jobs you have done in the past 14 years, they are mainly concerned with your primary occupation which you will be using for your express entry application. This job detail should include all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed on the occupational description in the NOC.

Lastly, there are many agencies which help in the ECA and here is the link for that

Thank You.
