Hi All,
I have applied for FSW NOC 0213 category. I had to mention that I have an experience of more than 2 years but less than 3 years since I am on H1B visa in US since OCT'07 (now 2 years and 6 months). However, my employer did not paid me when I was on bench for 8 months from march'09 to Nov'09. Summing up, I have payslips for all the months starting from Oct'07 till now leaving the gap of 8 months in between when I was on bench. I can also show W2 for 2008 year that shows my full years salary. However W2 for 2009 only shows salary for 4 months.
My question is, will I need to show W2 for both 2008 and 2009 to prove my employment or i can just send lets say two pay slips from each years I have worked for my employer?
Or let me put my question in this way: what is the smartest way to deal with this situation so that I can show that I was employed for all this time and I can also hide the period when I was not paid?
Please suggest..
Thanks,
Den
