I have got passport request from CIC.Now i am working in Canada. But my wife and son living in Bangladesh. Can i submit all of our passport together here for visa. One of my friend coming canada so i can bring their passsport here. Otherwise i have to contact with cic to print visa at other office. Which one would be better? I am Confused.

Pefectly legal option is to send an email to CIC to arrange for their visas to be printed in Bangladesh only. You can always choose for the other option but your friend would need letter of consent and purpose with their passports. And once printing is done they can't land until the principal applicant that is you lands first or with them.
