need sop suggestion guys please help badly needed

Dear friends

I have completed
10-70 % in 2001
12-78.80 % in 2003
than moved to hongkong and china and working there for one company till october 2013 last designation REgionla manger for western europe.

Cleared ielts with 6.5 bands all over . s-6.5, l-6.5, w-6, r-6

Need strong reason for sop so that it should be convincing enough..

real reason to terminate the contract is : i was stuck at last designation and futher no apraisal due to lack of higher qualification degree which i heard from y seniors and M.D . So i thought to study and get some degree and i can polish my career further .. programme choosed .. 3 years diploma and advance diploma in business administration .

Kindly support more with your great and best idea which can help me out to make my sop stronger

u can write that after 12th u had to work as ur financial condition wasnt favourable to sponsor u. n u always wanted to sponsor ur self. u worked thr n saved enugh to pursue further.
VO may wonder that y u didnt complete ny graduation in ur homeland. so u need to brainstorm urself n thn write. u need to convince them.
