Hi everyone,
I need some info about my brother migration to canda as permanent residence as my sister is already living in Canada(permanent residence) from last one year and she is working as a full time employee .The reason i am asking is Because both of my parents are deceased and my younger brother is living alone in india he is 27, Graduation completed in B.Com and had 3 years Accountant experience in a small group firm and i am a permanent residence in Australia the rules are very hard here so can't sponsor him

more information is needed to be able to help you. are you currently in canada too? is your sister married or have kids?

generally, siblings can not sponsor siblings unless the sibling in Canada are considered "Alone in canada" - meaning they have no family in canada, are not married or have kids. assuming they have the same parents, since they are both deceased, proving she is "alone in canada" can be a way for her to sponsor your brother. if she's married or has kids, then he will need to find his own way to immigrate. he will need to look at the economic options for gaining PR as a skilled worker, look into a provincial nominee program or apply to study in canada and eventually qualify for PR after he graduates from a Canadian school.

My self living in Australia and i am Australian Permanent .My sister living in Canada is Divorced and she has no kids and She went to canda after her divorce on Express visa entery and she is alone living in Canada Now and working in Bank as full time Employee
