Need some info on EE after ainp

Hope you guys are doing well.
I just got my ainp nomination.
Now it will take 18 months for federal.

Can I apply for EE as I see that they give 600 points if you have provincial nomination?

Your AINP nomination is not applicable for Express Entry. In fact, none of AINP's streams are in Express Entry.

You can apply for Express Entry in parallel, but your AINP nomination cannot be considered for it, so you cannot claim those 600 points.

Really appreciate your response.
But I am getting 440 points if I exclude 600 points and I have heard that if I get LMIA then I will get 50 additional points which will total up to become 490.
Is 490 a par score for EE?
Also, my company is small company so can I still get LMIA from them?
