I have issue regarding my sister. She got work permit for three years then she applied for temporary residence visa. She applied before 2 months and still it shows that it’s under processing. Usually the processing time for this application is around a week and when she called then they’re saying we can’t tell you how long it will take. Any suggestions what to do next ?
