Need some good advise on how to show Ties?

Well i am planning to show my property documents in my home country to show home ties.
Is that ok if i do that, also i have three years experience and i am still on job can that be count as ties too.

Please give your valuable advises.

Look, there is no certain trick or method in order to prove your home ties. Every one's case is different. Visa officer will take everyone's educational, financial and family background situation into consideration. He will do an overall assessment. If you are single, show your family members living in Pakistan. Don't show ,if your father is retired , it will give the impression that you want to work in Canada after studies. Don't show any relatives in Canada in any capacity. That's how you negate the impression of immigrant intent. Btw, nowadays, every student has a house and land in Pakistan it proves nothing.

Is it enough to show them property photo copy documents or do you also need to show property evaluation from the bank.

I want to know how exactly you present property documents to show the ties.

They believe in solid, authentic proof. So property evaluation is more authentic.

No. I did not go through property evaluation process at all . Just ask the bank directly and also complete documentation procedure
