thanx, i need to write 3 Positions, but only the 1st one is large and i am using extra sheet for that, and the rest of 2 is type correct in the spaces, so in extra sheet as u mention make a table i only write the 1st one or all of them.?

hi, every one,,, plz guide me about, in Bacjground Declaration Schedule 1, Q.15, about addresses, since 18th birth days my query is that, as after 18 years i went to study at diffrent collegs and university wher i lived for years but, that is temprary i came my permanent home on weekends and public holidays, as in Jobs i use to live with friends in a rented houses temporary, as currently i job is in the other city than my permanent home and i use to live with friends, there in diffrents accomodations from last 2 year but again i can come to my permanent hom on weekends and in public holidays, and all my mails dispatched to my permanent home address, as in Canadian Immigration my corresponding address is my permanent home address. So i only mention my home address, or all the addresses????
 
you need to mentioned all the address where you lived. like when you studied at college then..give address where you lived at that time..

tnx,,, and when CIO corressponds me so they' do it only to my corressponding address, which i gave in the other form, not in the fresh address where i live for my job now????

as now per new requirment of CIC, we have to send both the documents to CIO Nova Scotia, there r mentiond documents in both the checklists, so the forms, passport, bank statment, these documents are mentiond in both checklist, so make two sets of only these documents, and the rest is only attached with visa specific documents, and send all to Nova Scotia??
 
Only need to make one SET.Send it to CIO...CIO will forward it to VO.

tnx , mean, when using Checklist as cover page so put the form under the 1st cover page, and when using the visa office checklist as cover put all the documents under it except, forms, passport copy, and bank statment, because it already in set in the 1st cover page,?

I read the link u send but still my question i not clear it simple, the Form for Fedreal Skilld worker, the Passport copy, Bank statment, these are mentiond in both the checklist, so when i am arranging my file, i'll put these docs ( Passport copy, forms, & Bank statment) in the 1st checklist ok, in the 2nd VO check list also these documents r mentiond, so when arranging the VO check list, again i put these docs ( Passport copy, forms, & Bank statment) with VO checklist? or not,
 
Only one set of forms that is with CIO checklist...Yes Passport copy ( Biographic pages ) with CIO...

Bank stat...is with VO checklist...No need to put forms with VO ..but make sure you check ( tick ) it.
