need some advised please- kitchen helper

hi
i got my open work permit till 2015
i found job in restaurant as a kitchen helper. now one month
but i make curry's and starter plats and main menus
now i work just 20 hr per week
is that enough for applying PR in future or what i need to archive eventually to prepare perfect application for PR

"kitchen helper" is considered unskilled employment. To apply under the CEC class, you'd need to have skilled employment (and be able to document it). From where you are, you would need to be promoted to either a kitchen supervisor, manager, or a cook (both are considered skilled). Your employer would have to write a letter stating that you are working in that position, describe your dutiies and responsibilities, and your wages would need to be similar to that of other employees in the same position.
