Here is my situation I have a multiple visa for Canada of 4 years 6 months,I came to canada last year May,2017 and leave around October,2017 for one vacation in states (5 months and couple of days then back to canada in November,2017 spent 4 months then leave to the USA,where I was scrutinized but I was completely honest and the US immigration let me come into the country and give me the amount of time I requested which was one month exact and if I overstay my 10 years visa for states will be suspended.so I'm returning to my home country.my question is will I get the same treatment if I returned to canada from my home country I intend to stay at my home country for at least 6 months. Will I be penalize at Canada's port of entry?will I be allowed six months in canada?please I will be so grateful for your positive responses, and yes my country requires a visa to travel to an international country.

No one here can tell you what will happen. It's completely up to the CBSA officer who assesses your case at your interview at the port of entry.

You've lived outside your home country for about 15 months. It's best if you remain in your home country for about one year so it doesn't seem like you're trying to *live* in Canada/US as a visitor.

You will also be able to re-establish ties to your home country. When you return, do bring evidence such as a lease, employment/school tuition fees, etc + adequate finances. You may/may not be asked for this

I haven't spent 15 months out of my home country sorry for the misinterpretation I spent a total of 10 months between canada 9 months overall and USA 1 MONTH AND 1 WEEK. I haven't spent 6 months straight in canada I visited the USA then returned to canada . Now I'm going back to my home country.

Given the amount of time you have spent in Canada I suspect you will get a lot of questions if you return after 6 months in your country. Nobody will be able to guess what will happen but I would prepare for questions about how much time you are spending in Canada and the possibility that you might not get the full 6 months.

What about I produce my return ticket and my pay stub would that help clarified my situation?

It doesn't change the fact that you have spent close to a year in Canada as a visitor. As advised already, you should spend a year outside of Canada to re-establish ties before trying to return.
