Need some advise on canceling the Federal application (I moved out the province)

Hey guys, I just moved out of ON and found a job in other provinces. My friend told me then I cant use the ON-PNP to submit the federal. Can I just do that and dont let the federal know? Or should I cancel my federal application? If so, how to cancel it? (Through phone calls or email?)
